Telangana high court slams HYDRAA chief AV Ranganath, orders to appear on Monday
The Telangana High Court strongly criticized HYDRAA and its chief for disobeying court orders. Justice Anil Jukanti ordered AV Ranganath to appear personally before the court. He must submit an affidavit apologizing for violating previous court directives. The court also demanded assurance that HYDRAA will not re-enter the disputed property. The judge questioned why other government agencies rely on HYDRAA for encroachment issues.
